I have always had a passion for working with people and find it rewarding to see people succeed. I strongly believe in creating value for self and others. 

In my previous career, I was a compliance manager for almost 15 years. One of my most cherished and rewarding experiences was fostering and developing numerous individuals from challenging backgrounds, with little opportunities & low self esteem, into leadership roles. I found it rewarding to see people thrive, push their own limitations and succeed. 

Being a person who never stepped out of his comfort zone, I decided to challenge myself and chased my dream of becoming a protagonist in the fitness industry, with a mission to transform peoples lives and society.

I started by applying this to my own fitness journey and managed to win over a life long battle of losing weight. I lost just under 40kg in a year.

After working in the fitness industry as a fitness coach, a gym manager and a personal trainer, I have now founded Indomitable Fitness Ltd with the mission to bring all these skills and values I have learnt and adopted to you.

Today, I continue to broaden my knowledge, research and test my learning, before I apply it to my clients. I practice what I preach and have successfully helped all my clients achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.


I bring a highly adaptive and client-centred approach to personal training, tailoring both my coaching style and communication to what truly supports each individual’s progress and long-term adherence.

I’m fun, charismatic, and deeply invested in creating an encouraging environment, while grounding my sessions in a strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

This allows me to design thoughtful, effective programmes for clients with diverse goals and complex needs—helping them move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their bodies.

Next, we start with applying the basic fitness/training principles, challenge that potential, identify the pinch points (cause exercise or physical activity exposes weaknesses), and shape your program towards transforming them into strengths.

Then, we optimise and fine tune your results to bring you to the most advanced level in that phase of your journey/program. Commit to hard work and consistency, and together we’ll elevate your outcome.
