Personal Coaching at Home

For those who prefer to train in the comfort and privacy of their own home. I bring the expertise — and when needed, the equipment — to create an effective and enjoyable training session in your space.

This option is ideal for busy professionals, parents, or anyone who values convenience without compromising on quality coaching.

Online Coaching

Structured training support designed to help you stay consistent wherever you are.

Your program includes a personalised training plan, coaching guidance, and ongoing accountability to help you build strength, improve fitness, and stay motivated over time.

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to build strength, coordination, endurance, and power. Sessions combine technical coaching with dynamic movements that challenge the whole body.

Suitable for beginners and experienced lifters alike, with a strong emphasis on safe technique and intelligent progression.

Start Your Coaching Journey

Beginning your training with Indomitable Fitness is designed to be simple, supportive, and personalised from the very start.

Every client follows a short onboarding process that allows me to understand your goals, health background, and lifestyle so that your training can be tailored specifically to you. This ensures that your programme is both effective and sustainable from day one.

Below are the three simple steps to get started.

The first step is to book a consultation. This is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, training history, and what you would like to achieve from coaching.

It also allows me to understand how I can best support you and recommend the most suitable training option, whether that is one-to-one coaching, small group training, or online coaching.

Consultations can be held in person or online and typically last around 20–30 minutes.

Health Forms & Secure Your Coaching

Once you decide to move forward, you will receive a short set of forms to complete. These include a PAR-Q+ health questionnaire and an informed consent form, which help ensure your training programme is safe and appropriate for your current health and fitness level.

You will also receive a secure payment link to set up your subscription or pay for your selected service.

The final step is getting everything set up so your training can begin smoothly. You will be invited to create your account on the training app, where your programme, session schedule, and coaching support will be organised.

For online coaching clients, this will also include scheduling your regular check-ins and progress reviews to help keep you accountable and moving forward.

Once this is complete, you're ready to begin your training with Indomitable Fitness.
